This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all eSIM products and services purchased from Esibyte, a business operating from Canada and providing services worldwide. By purchasing an Esibyte eSIM, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Esibyte eSIMs are digital products delivered instantly after purchase.
Once delivered, an eSIM can be installed and activated immediately.
Due to this digital and irreversible nature, refunds are limited.
Once an eSIM has been installed or activated, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Partial data usage
Expired plans
Unused remaining data
Changes in travel plans
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device:
Supports eSIM technology
Is unlocked
Is compatible with the selected eSIM plan
No refunds will be issued for purchases made on incompatible devices.
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
The wrong eSIM product was delivered due to an error by Esibyte
A verified technical issue prevented activation and was caused by Esibyte or its systems
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Network coverage issues
Slow speeds or performance variations
Temporary service interruptions
Local network restrictions or regulations
User installation errors
If a refund is approved:
The refund will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time depends on the payment provider and may take several business days
Transaction or currency conversion fees are non-refundable.
Orders for eSIM products cannot be canceled once the eSIM has been delivered.
