Usage & Top‑Up

How data validity and usage work

Esibyte plans include a fixed data allowance and a validity period. Validity usually starts when the eSIM connects to a supported network, and you can track usage in your dashboard or device settings.

How do data amounts and validity periods work?

Each Esibyte plan includes a fixed amount of data for a specific validity period (for example, 5 GB for 30 days). Some plans may also include voice or SMS, depending on the package.

When does validity start?

Most plans start when your eSIM first connects to a supported network at the destination. Some plans may start at installation. You can always check the Activation Policy in the plan details before you purchase.

Where to check usage

  • Dashboard > Orders > open your eSIM
  • Your device settings (iOS or Android)

If your plan runs out of data or expires, you can top up if the plan supports it, or purchase a new eSIM.
