How can I top up an eSIM?

Only rechargeable eSIMs can be topped up. You can see this in the plan details before you buy.

Top up from your order

1. Go to Dashboard > Orders.
2. Open the eSIM you want to recharge.
3. Click Top up and choose a new package.
4. Complete checkout.

If you do not see a Top up button, the eSIM is not rechargeable or the carrier no longer supports top-ups for that plan. In that case, purchase a new eSIM.

If data does not refresh right away

• Toggle airplane mode on and off.
• Restart your device.

If the top-up still does not appear, contact support with your order ID.
