Payment failed: what to do

If your payment does not go through, it is usually caused by a bank or card verification step. Try the checks below before contacting support.

Quick checks

  1. Confirm your card details and billing address.
  2. Make sure your bank allows online and international payments.
  3. Complete any 3D Secure or bank verification prompt.
  4. Try a different card or payment method.
  5. Disable VPNs or ad blockers and retry.

Supported payment methods (Stripe)

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Apple Pay (device and region dependent)
  • Google Pay (device and region dependent)
  • UnionPay (where supported by your issuer)

If the payment still fails, contact support and share your order ID and the time of the attempt. We can help verify the payment status.
