Refunds depend on the eSIM’s status and provider policy. In most cases, activated or used eSIMs and applied top-ups are not refundable, while non-activated eSIMs may be reviewed.

Refund eligibility depends on the eSIM status and the provider policy. Once an eSIM is activated, refunds are usually not available.

Typical refund rules

  • Not installed or not activated: may be eligible for review.
  • Activated or used: usually not refundable.
  • Top-ups: generally non-refundable once applied.

How to request a refund

  1. Go to contact.
  2. Include your order ID, ICCID, and a short explanation.
  3. Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
