How do I change my APN settings?

APN (Access Point Name) tells your device how to connect to the mobile data network. Some eSIMs require manual APN configuration.

Where to find your APN

  1. Go to Dashboard > Orders.
  2. Open your eSIM order.
  3. Check the installation instructions for the APN value.

If no APN is listed, your eSIM is configured automatically.

On iOS

  1. Open Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data).
  2. Select your eSIM under Cellular Plans.
  3. Tap Cellular Data Network.
  4. Enter the APN exactly as shown (lowercase, no spaces).
  5. Leave other fields blank unless specified.

On Android

  1. Open Settings > Network & Internet (or Connections).
  2. Tap Mobile Network > Access Point Names.
  3. Add or edit the APN using the value in your order.
  4. Save and select the new APN.

If data does not connect immediately, toggle airplane mode or restart your device.
