How do I install an eSIM via a QR code on Android?

Before you start, make sure your device:

• Supports eSIMs (see Do my devices support eSIM? or Check Android eSIM support).
• Is carrier unlocked.
• Has a stable internet connection (preferably Wi-Fi).

Where to find your QR code

1. Go to Dashboard > Orders.
2. Open your eSIM order.
3. Use the QR code from the order details or download the PDF.

Install via QR code

Steps can vary by manufacturer. Common steps on Samsung/Pixel:

1. Open Settings > Connections (or Network & Internet).
2. Tap SIM Manager (or Mobile Network).
3. Tap Add eSIM or Add Mobile Plan.
4. Choose Scan QR Code and scan the code from another screen.
5. Follow the prompts to add the plan.

Connect to mobile data

1. Select your eSIM under SIMs or Mobile Network.
2. Enable Mobile Data.
3. Enable Data Roaming if the instructions require it.
