I can't scan the QR code. What should I do?

If your device cannot scan the QR code, you can still install the eSIM using the manual method.

Try these quick fixes first

  • Increase screen brightness on the device showing the QR code.
  • Zoom the QR code so it fills more of the screen.
  • Clean your camera lens and try again.
