If your eSIM stays on “Activating” for more than 10–15 minutes, it is usually due to network conditions or line settings. Simple actions like toggling airplane mode or restarting your device often resolve the issue.

My eSIM is stuck on "Activating"

Activation can take a few minutes after installation, especially on slower networks. If it takes longer than 10-15 minutes, try these steps.

Steps to try

  1. Turn Airplane Mode on and off.
  2. Toggle the eSIM line off, then on again.
  3. Restart your device.
  4. Confirm you are within the plan's coverage area.

If the issue continues, contact support with your order ID and device model.
