Slow data or wrong network

Slow data speeds or connecting to the wrong network are usually caused by local coverage or device settings. Switching networks, enabling data roaming, or restarting your device often improves performance.

My data is slow or I am on the wrong network

Performance depends on local coverage and your device settings.

Try these steps

  1. Turn Airplane Mode on and off.
  2. Manually select a supported network if your device allows it.
  3. Toggle Data Roaming on.
  4. Restart your device.

If performance is still poor, contact support and include your location, device model, and order ID.
