Why is my eSIM not working?

Most connectivity issues come from setup, roaming, or APN settings. Try the steps below.

Quick fixes

  1. Turn Airplane Mode on and off.
  2. Confirm the eSIM line is On.
  3. Set your eSIM as the Mobile Data line.
  4. Enable Data Roaming if required by your plan.
  5. Restart your device.

Check APN settings

Open your order and confirm the plan is active. If the issue continues, contact support with your order ID and device details.
